New Features in Version X2 

General:

• The price calculation is completely changeable in the Datacenter. This adds more flexibility and functionality for individual price calculations.  
• Backend tooltips: Tooltips will explain every menu item in the configuration. Furthermore, it will provide links to the manual for direct access.  
• New dashboard with additional information like an overview of disk space or the usage of your Web Products to the Datacenter and much more. 
• Bundle products: A product can have multiple product parts. Every product part can be configured separately if it’s upload (pdf/png/jpeg), upload excel or personalization. The end user can decide which of the products he would like to purchase. 
• New product option which allows an upload for a content and a personalization for a cover within the same Web Product (2 product parts). 
• Set the default settings for personalization directly in the Datacenter by creating and assigning a “default template”.  
• SKU as a variable for our JDF templates and added it to the default JDF. 
• SKU as a variable in the Job Sheet templates. 
• Define which file types are allowed for upload products. 
• Limit the file size that is accepted for uploaded files.  
• Easier to add new page options to the system. Once you create a new Page Option a “None” value will automatically be generated and assigned in all product parts/rules and Web Products. 
• Simplification of deleting a value from a page option or to change page options between “product part” and “product”. A reconfigure button will take care of all reconfiguration. The deleted value e.g. is removed from all rules, Web Products and/or product parts. 

Editors: 

• Added the “Undo/Redo” feature to the mobile view. 
• Support for .tiff file uploads in the Designer. 
• Hide/display the sections for blocks, images, and texts separately. 
• Share 3D Previews, no account is needed to see the shared design. 
• LFP/WFP Editor: Select between dropdown and matrix images as selectors for product options.

Interfaces:

• Punch in / punch out: Standard EDI interface.
• HP Site Flow: Bidirectional API workflow integration for seamless  production flows.
• Printplus: Automatic order transfer to the MIS/ERP. 

Template Gallery:

• New table for saved projects that belong to the printQ and packQ template gallery. 
• Overlapping zones feature for the packQ template gallery. 
• Double sided print for the packQ template gallery. The outside is using a template from the gallery and the inside will be displayed as a blank page for personalization. 

Packaging:

• Possibility to adjust the height of the camera (top view) for the 3D Model.

Changes to Existing Features

General: 

• Possibility for customers to toggle the configuration container on the product page. 
• The configuration page (desktop and mobile) has been rearranged: The Configuration of the product part is on the first position followed by the quantity, the “personalization”, “upload”, “add to cart” button and the configuration for page options related to the product at the end. 
• Improved selection of page option values on the product page in combination with selection and deny rules. 
• Added a check for the invoice logo. If Magento is used and a logo is uploaded, this logo will be used in the invoice PDF. If there is no Magento logo, the Datacenter settings apply. 
• Added additional information (Format) to the Product overview on the right side of our default Job Sheet.
• Force login: If you deactivate the registration, the registration button will be hidden instead of just deactivating the function. 

Packaging:

• Changed the displayed values for packaging custom formats.
  Old: Custom Format (The calculated height and width of the print PDF). New: Custom Format (height and width customer added).

Bug-Fixes to Existing Features

General: 

• The product button on category pages was called “Add to cart”. It’s now called “To product page” for printing products. 
• Fixed the position of the loading circle on the product page to the center of the page.
• Apply translations of a renamed page option in the summary of the product page. 
• Fixed an issue that allowed products to be added directly to cart from the category page even if “Automatically connect files”
  was enabled. 
• Fixed translations for invoice.pdf.
• Display uploaded logos on the invoice.pdf. 
• Attach the invoice.pdf to the invoice Email.

Editors:

• Page labels can be translated.
• "PT-Sans" is the new default font for created text blocks in the OTP-Editor or in the Designer.
• Sorting of fonts for the OTP-Editor alphabetically instead of by ID.
• Font sizes are adjusted depending on the curve and the size of the block. 
• Predefined images can now be edited in OTP-Editor templates while in mobile view. 
• The “MaxLength” function is now usable in the OTP-Editor.
• Form-Editor: Values within a select box are translatable. 
• PDF/VT-Editor: allows uploaded .zip file containing an .xlsx file.
