2013
March 2013: Foundation of CloudLab AG
June 2013: Our Web to Print software printQ goes to market
October 2013: We move into the first office premises in Saarlandstrasse in Dortmund
December 2013: 10 employees, 3 locations
2015
January 2015: Canon becomes official reseller of printQ in Switzerland and CloudLab moves to Gerberstrasse in Dortmund
February 2015: Our first 3D preview for print products goes live
December 2015: 20 employees, 3 locations
2016
May 2016: CloudLab presents version 2.0 of printQ at drupa - the world's largest trade fair for the printing industry
August 2016: CloudLab wins first customer in the USA
December 2016: 27 employees, 3 locations
2017
January 2017: Opening of our U.S. branch office in Houston, Texas
February 2017: printQ version 2.1 is presented at the DDK (Digital Druck Kongress) in Düsseldorf, Germany
May 2017: CloudLab needs more space and expands onto the 3rd floor at Dortmund headquarters
June 2017: Flyeralarm, another large online print shop, decides to work with CloudLab
September 2017: Our 3D Packaging Editor is presented for the first time at PRINT17 in Chicago; Saxoprint becomes a CloudLab customer
December 2017: 40 employees, 4 locations
2018
January 2018: Cimpress, the world's largest online printing company with over 14,000 employees, now relies on CloudLab software solutions
March 2018: 5 years of CloudLab - we celebrate! We treat our international team to a trip to Switzerland
May 2018: The first CloudLab Customer Conference (CCC) takes place in Dortmund, we rent another floor and our packaging solution wins the EDP Award
July 2018: packQ wins the InterTech™ Technology Award 2018
August 2018: CloudLab becomes a Magento Association technology partner and printQ version 4 now also runs on Magento 2
2019
January 2019: Product launch of our new corporate solution brandQ and as always the German team celebrates a late Christmas party - this year at Phantasialand
February 2019: Opening of our Berlin office in ExRotaprint - the former Rotaprint printing press factory.
May 2019: brandQ wins the EDP Award in the "Best eCommerce solutions" categoryJ
une 2019: Product launch of our Template Gallery for printQ & packQ
September 2019: CloudLab presents packQ at FachPack in Nuremberg for the first time
2020
January 2020: Relocation of the U.S. office to New Haven, Connecticut
February 2020: The Nordic countries and U.K. region are served by new distributors with immediate effect - VBS & Transeo Media
July 2020: PackM’s young, creative team now relies on packQ.
Dezember 2020: CloudLab successfully presents packQ at the Virtual Digital Packaging Summit - 50 employees, 4 locations.
2021
July 2021: In France, Konica Minolta becomes our new reseller for printQ & packQ
September 2021: Together with Mimaki and Ernst Mendel GmbH, we present packQ again at the Fachpack trade fair in Nuremberg
November 2021: CloudLab is once again part of the Digital Packaging Summit in Florida, USA, as a Gold Partner.
December 2021: 62 employees, 4 locations
