Neue Funktionen der Version X2 

• Allgemein:

• Die Preiskalkulation ist im Datacenter komplett anpassbar.
  Dies bietet mehr Flexibilität und Funktionalität für individuelle Preiskalkulationen. 
• Backend-Tooltips: Tooltips erläutern jeden Menüpunkt in der Konfiguration. Außerdem werden Links zum Handbuch für den direkten Zugriff bereitgestellt. 
• Ein neues Dashboard mit zusätzlichen Informationen wie z. B. eine Übersicht über den Speicherplatz oder die Nutzung Ihrer Webprodukte im Datacenter und vieles mehr.
• Bundle-Produkte: Ein Produkt kann aus mehreren Teilprodukten bestehen. Jedes Teilprodukt kann separat konfiguriert werden, egal ob es sich um einen Upload (pdf/png/jpeg), Excel-Upload oder eine Personalisierung handelt. Der User kann entscheiden, welches der Produkte er kaufen möchte. 
• Neue Produktoption, die einen Upload für den Inhalt und eine Personalisierung für das Cover innerhalb desselben Web Produktes
  (2 Teilprodukte) ermöglicht.
• Die Standardeinstellungen für die Personalisierung kann direkt im Datacenter gesetzt werden, indem ein „Standard Template“ erstellt und zugewiesen wird. 
• SKU als Variable für unser JDF-Template, zudem wurde sie der Standard-JDF hinzugefügt.
• SKU als Variable für unser Jobsheet-Template, zudem wurde sie dem Standard-Jobsheet hinzugefügt.
• Definition, welche Dateitypen für Upload-Produkte zulässig sind.
• Definition, welche Dateigröße beim Upload von Dateien akzeptiert wird. 
• Das Hinzufügen neuer Teilproduktoptionen zum System wurde vereinfacht. Sobald eine neue Teilproduktoption erstellt wird, wird automatisch ein Wert mit dem Namen „None“ generiert und in allen Teilprodukten/Regeln und Web Produkten zugewiesen.
• Vereinfachung des Löschens eines Wertes aus einer Teilproduktoption oder des Wechsels von Teilproduktoptionen zwischen „Teilprodukt“ und "Produkt". Button übernimmt die Rekonfiguration, der gelöschte Wert wird z. B. aus allen Regeln, Web Produkten und/oder Teilprodukten entfernt.

• Editoren: 

• Die Funktion „Rückgängig/Wiederholen“ auch in der mobilen Ansicht. 
• Unterstützung für das Hochladen von .tiff-Dateien im Designer.
• Ausblenden/Anzeigen der Bereiche für Blöcke, Bilder und Texte getrennt. 
• Teilen von personalisierten 3D-Vorschauen. Es wird kein Konto benötigt, um die geteilte Preview zu sehen.
• LFP Editor: Auswahl zwischen Dropdown oder Matrixbildern als Ansicht für Produktoptionen.

• Schnittstellen:
  
  • Punch in / punch out: Standard EDI Schnittstelle.
  • HP Site Flow: Bidirektionale Workflow-Integration für nahtlose Produktion.
  • Printplus: Automatische Auftragsübermittlung an das MIS/ERP. 
• Template Gallery:

• Neue Tabelle für gespeicherte Projekte, die zur printQ und packQ Template Gallery gehören. 
• Funktion für überlappende Zonen in der packQ Template Gallery. 
• Doppelseitiger Druck für die packQ Template Gallery. Die Außenseite verwendet ein Template aus der Template Gallery und die Innenseite wird als leere Personalisierungsseite angezeigt. 

• Packaging:

• Die Höhe der Kamera für das 3D-Modell (Draufsicht) kann angepasst werden.

Neuerungen an bestehenden Funktionen

• Allgemein: 

• Die Möglichkeit, dass Kunden den Konfigurationsbereich auf der Produktseite zu-/aufklappen können. 
• Die Konfigurationsseite (Desktop und Mobil) wurde neu angeordnet: Die Konfiguration des Teilprodukts befindet sich an erster Stelle, gefolgt von der Menge, den Buttons für „Personalisieren”, „Hochladen”, „Warenkorb hinzufügen" und der Konfiguration der Teilproduktoptionen in Bezug auf das Produkt am Ende.
• Verbesserte Auswahl von Teilproduktoptionswerten auf der Produktseite in Kombination mit Auswahl- und Verbotsregeln.
• Es wurde ein Check des Rechnungslogos hinzugefügt. Wenn Magento verwendet wird und ein Logo hochgeladen wird, wird dieses Logo im Rechnungs-PDF verwendet. Wenn kein Magento-Logo vorhanden ist, gelten die Datacenter-Einstellungen.
• Es wurden zusätzliche Informationen (Format) zur Produktübersicht auf der rechten Seite des Jobsheets hinzugefügt.
• Anmeldung erzwingen: Wenn die Registrierung deaktiviert ist, wird nun auch der Button ausgeblendet, anstatt nur die Funktion zu deaktivieren.

• Packaging:

• Die angezeigten Felder für benutzerdefinierte Verpackungsformate wurden geändert. Alt: Benutzerdefiniertes Format (Die berechnete Höhe und Breite des Druck-PDFs). Neu: Benutzerdefiniertes Format (Höhe und Breite vom Kunden hinzugefügt).

Bug-Fixes an bestehenden Funktionen

• Allgemein: 

• Der Produkt-Button auf der Kategorieseite hieß bisher „in den Warenkorb”, jetzt heißt er „zur Produktseite”. 
• Die Ladeanimation der Produktseite wurde zentriert. 
• Übernahme von Übersetzungen einer umbenannten Teilproduktoption in der Kurzbeschreibung der Produktseite. 
• Es wurde ein Problem behoben, durch das Produkte direkt von der Kategorieseite in den Warenkorb gelegt werden konnten, auch wenn „Daten automatisch anhängen” aktiviert war.
• Die Übersetzungen der invoice.pdf wurden korrigiert.
• Darstellung der hochgeladenen Logos auf der invoice.pdf. 
• Dateianhang der invoice.pdf an die Rechnungs-Email.

• Editoren:

• Seitenbezeichnungen können übersetzt werden.
• „PT-Sans” ist die neue Standardschriftart für erstellte Textblöcke im OTP-Editor oder im Designer.
• Sortierung der Schriftarten für den OTP-Editor alphabetisch statt nach ID.
• Schriftgrößen werden in Abhängigkeit von der Kurve und der Größe des Blocks angepasst.
• Vordefinierte Bilder können nun in Templates des OTP-Editors auch in der mobilen Ansicht bearbeitet werden. 
• Die Funktion „MaxLength” ist jetzt auch im OTP-Editor nutzbar.
• Form-Editor: Texte innerhalb einer Selectbox sind übersetzbar.
• PDF/VT-Editor: Erlaubt das Hochladen von .zip-Dateien, die eine .xlsx-Datei enthalten.

New Features in Version X2 

General:

• The price calculation is completely changeable in the Datacenter. This adds more flexibility and functionality for individual price calculations.  
• Backend tooltips: Tooltips will explain every menu item in the configuration. Furthermore, it will provide links to the manual for direct access.  
• New dashboard with additional information like an overview of disk space or the usage of your Web Products to the Datacenter and much more. 
• Bundle products: A product can have multiple product parts. Every product part can be configured separately if it’s upload (pdf/png/jpeg), upload excel or personalization. The end user can decide which of the products he would like to purchase. 
• New product option which allows an upload for a content and a personalization for a cover within the same Web Product (2 product parts). 
• Set the default settings for personalization directly in the Datacenter by creating and assigning a “default template”.  
• SKU as a variable for our JDF templates and added it to the default JDF. 
• SKU as a variable in the Job Sheet templates. 
• Define which file types are allowed for upload products. 
• Limit the file size that is accepted for uploaded files.  
• Easier to add new page options to the system. Once you create a new Page Option a “None” value will automatically be generated and assigned in all product parts/rules and Web Products. 
• Simplification of deleting a value from a page option or to change page options between “product part” and “product”. A reconfigure button will take care of all reconfiguration. The deleted value e.g. is removed from all rules, Web Products and/or product parts. 

Editors: 

• Added the “Undo/Redo” feature to the mobile view. 
• Support for .tiff file uploads in the Designer. 
• Hide/display the sections for blocks, images, and texts separately. 
• Share 3D Previews, no account is needed to see the shared design. 
• LFP/WFP Editor: Select between dropdown and matrix images as selectors for product options.

Interfaces:

• Punch in / punch out: Standard EDI interface.
• HP Site Flow: Bidirectional API workflow integration for seamless  production flows.
• Printplus: Automatic order transfer to the MIS/ERP. 

Template Gallery:

• New table for saved projects that belong to the printQ and packQ template gallery. 
• Overlapping zones feature for the packQ template gallery. 
• Double sided print for the packQ template gallery. The outside is using a template from the gallery and the inside will be displayed as a blank page for personalization. 

Packaging:

• Possibility to adjust the height of the camera (top view) for the 3D Model.

Changes to Existing Features

General: 

• Possibility for customers to toggle the configuration container on the product page. 
• The configuration page (desktop and mobile) has been rearranged: The Configuration of the product part is on the first position followed by the quantity, the “personalization”, “upload”, “add to cart” button and the configuration for page options related to the product at the end. 
• Improved selection of page option values on the product page in combination with selection and deny rules. 
• Added a check for the invoice logo. If Magento is used and a logo is uploaded, this logo will be used in the invoice PDF. If there is no Magento logo, the Datacenter settings apply. 
• Added additional information (Format) to the Product overview on the right side of our default Job Sheet.
• Force login: If you deactivate the registration, the registration button will be hidden instead of just deactivating the function. 

Packaging:

• Changed the displayed values for packaging custom formats.
  Old: Custom Format (The calculated height and width of the print PDF). New: Custom Format (height and width customer added).

Bug-Fixes to Existing Features

General: 

• The product button on category pages was called “Add to cart”. It’s now called “To product page” for printing products. 
• Fixed the position of the loading circle on the product page to the center of the page.
• Apply translations of a renamed page option in the summary of the product page. 
• Fixed an issue that allowed products to be added directly to cart from the category page even if “Automatically connect files”
  was enabled. 
• Fixed translations for invoice.pdf.
• Display uploaded logos on the invoice.pdf. 
• Attach the invoice.pdf to the invoice Email.

Editors:

• Page labels can be translated.
• "PT-Sans" is the new default font for created text blocks in the OTP-Editor or in the Designer.
• Sorting of fonts for the OTP-Editor alphabetically instead of by ID.
• Font sizes are adjusted depending on the curve and the size of the block. 
• Predefined images can now be edited in OTP-Editor templates while in mobile view. 
• The “MaxLength” function is now usable in the OTP-Editor.
• Form-Editor: Values within a select box are translatable. 
• PDF/VT-Editor: allows uploaded .zip file containing an .xlsx file.
