Personalization on Brand
Personalized marketing is effective – if it stays consistent. brandQ generates individualized letters, flyers, name badges, certificates or invitations from one template and a data source. Every single variant follows the same brand rules as the master template.
CSV Upload and Manual Records
Users upload address lists or product data as CSV or Excel files or enter individual records manually. Template fields are mapped to data columns, and brandQ creates one unique document per record. Every record can be checked in the preview before production.
Text, Images, Barcodes and QR Codes
Variable content is not limited to text. Images, QR codes and barcodes can be personalized per record – for example a personal landing page link on each mailing. Output is provided as PDF/VT for efficient production of large print runs.
