In 2016, Letterpresso was initially launched by the print studio Letterjazz. Three years later, in spring 2019, the online business was taken over by Daniela Tormási, who had already been instrumental in Letterpresso's development since the start and is part of the Letterjazz family. To their own business MASIGON, which stands for media production and graphic design, Letterpresso.com was a perfect fit as an e-commerce addition with the special charm of very high-quality print products from the Ruhr area.‍
